We recently installed a beautiful new architectural shingle roof in Echo Brook Trail in Watkinsville. We used a GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural shingle (Charcoal in color) with a GAF Cobra 3 Ridge Ventilation system, GAF Weather Watch leak barrier, GAF Seal A Ridge, and GAF Pro-Start Starter shingle.
This enabled us to secure a 50-year Manufacturer Warranty from GAF covering all workmanship and material. The warranty is transferable one time, making this a very attractive property should the owners ever decide to sell.
