We love this recent home renovation/addition in the Fern Hill subdivision in Bogart, GA!
The owners wanted a new screened-in porch to replace their existing deck, complete with an oversized masonry fireplace and reclaimed wood mantel — all under a vaulted ceiling topped with a gable roof.
The project required demoing the old deck, installing a new foundation, and bringing in our top masonry experts to build the one-of-a-kind chimney.
The homeowners will be enjoying many a warm summer day in the shade and cool fall and winter nights by the fire with friends and loved ones!
